These Cities Will Be Underwater in 100 Years

A lot of people talk about global warming, but to many, this discussion is too abstract. To help put the topic in concrete terms, the following infographic, made by InformationIsBeautiful.net, shows the “rising sea levels” which scientists predict we will face only 100 years from now.

If they’re right, you can kiss Los Angeles, San Francisco and lower Manhattan goodbye in the next century to century and a half. Four hundred years down the line and We won’t even have a New Orleans or New York at all anymore.
